All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). We do not accept payments in any other currency for accounts registered with Indonesian details.
Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit amount is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Deposits via local bank transfers typically process within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.
sgcvip does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
For security purposes, you may only deposit funds from bank accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. sgcvip reserves the right to request proof that the deposit source matches your registered account name and to reverse any deposits made from third-party accounts.
You may request a withdrawal of available account balance at any time through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, as a standard anti-money laundering measure.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, with a maximum of Rp 200,000,000 per calendar month. Higher limits may be available for VIP-tier accounts.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Each bonus has specific terms and conditions including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These terms are stated in the promotional materials and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.
Example: Our Welcome Bonus offers 100% match up to Rp 20,000,000 on your first deposit. This bonus carries a 15x wagering requirement, meaning you must place bets totaling 15 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus-related winnings. Maximum bet while wagering a bonus is Rp 500,000 per bet. The bonus expires 30 days after activation.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the active bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus. Only your original deposit amount and winnings from non-bonus bets will remain available.
All bets placed on sgcvip are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure bet details are correct before confirmation. sgcvip reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical issues, duplicate bets caused by system glitch, bets placed after an event has already concluded).
For sports betting including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and other sports, bets are settled according to the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated. Overtime and penalty shootouts are excluded unless specifically included in the market description. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection loses, the entire parlay loses.
Voor bola (Asian handicap) betting rules follow standard industry conventions. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
